Stopped here when passing by chance on a drive out. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The food was lovely. I had the stuffed chicken which was amazing! My hubby had the bacon steak which he said was lovely. We will visit again! Thank you

First visit here on Saturday with my Mum for Mother’s Day. The place is beautifully decorated and lovely and clean. Staff were all very friendly. Food was really good although we did wait a while for it to come, and it could have been a little bit warmer when it arrived, but for taste and presentation spot on. We will definitely come back again

Absolutely amazing roast dinner platter for a good price, came here with my family and they all loved it. Great selection of beers and ciders to boot. Service was a little awkward and rushed at times but it was never slow!
A wonderful birthday lunch for my father. Quality food and excellent, attentive but not intrusive service, a fair price for all components, food and drink. Refreshing to see no service charge automatically applied. Would highly recommend.
Excellent experience to dine here these two nights I stayed in Chester. The first night, I ordered steak, medium rare, the meat was really well prepared. The taste, the seasoning was super tasty. Tonight, my husband and I ordered lamb chops, it was AMAZING!!!! The sauce was so tasty. It’s definitely worth coming again.
Calm Sunday evening meal. Newly fitted out dining area. Lovely new furniture and decoration. No problem being seated into the dining room without a booking. Drink order taken quickly, and food order taken after a short wait. Service friendly and helpful. Sauces and condiments on hand if needed. Pleasant visit all round.
